The faucet arrived within the delivery time estimate and had good tracking information. The box had one tiny hole when it arrived. I was a bit worried about damage, but everything inside was intact and ok. The workmanship looks great. The faucet has a nice weight to it and feels very sturdy. The surface is fingerprint resistant,. I will not be installing it anytime soon, so I can't yet comment on performance. The only negative comments are a couple of very small scratches on the top and some coating/paint spottiness on the handle. However these are too small to personally bother me, at least at this stage. I don't know if they will be more evident after installation with brighter light hitting them at a different angle. I'm looking forward to my renovation being at a point where I can instal this and test it out. I think it will be pretty straight forward, but it would have been nice to have some other languages on the instructions, just for peace of mind.
